Prom Dresses Size Measure Guide

Bust

• This is different from your Bra Size.
• Wear an unpadded Bra (dresses all have a built-in bra)
• Breathe naturally and have arms relax at sides
• Take your tape and measure around the bust at the fullest point
• Make sure the tape measure is level all the way around
• remember to keep your index finger between you and the tape to avoid being too tight

Waist

• Measure around the narrowest part of your waist at the natural waistline
• Simply bend to one side to find a crease which is your waistline
• Do not hold your breath. Breathe naturally
• Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor
• Keep the tape slightly loose to leave breathing room

Hips

• Stand naturally with your feet together
• Measure around your hip at your fullest part of your bottom
• Simply record the maxim from a couple of measurements when you are not sure
• Please pay much attention to the hip size when you need a mermaid dress

Hollow to Hem

• Stand straight with bare feet together
• Began at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to where your dress hem should hit(including train if there is one)

Beautiful dress.

Simple but elegant detail. It fits beautifully. Great flow fabric!! It makes me feel ethereal. Love the folds around the waist and the straps sit perfectly on my shoulders. Love the low cut design.

Perfect for any formal occasion

This dress is beautiful and flattering. I am 5'3", size 20 with size DD cups and it fit almost perfectly from the rack. Unfortunately I didn't find this site early enough to get it custom made and it came way too long, but I'm keeping it for my next formal event. The construction is amazing, fully lined, with cups and perfect pleating. This comes in many colors too!

Beautiful, but not for us!

We ordered 2 dresses and whilst both were lovely, this one didn't make the cut. It was for my 13 year old daughter and she didn't quite have enough to fill the bust in this design. Perhaps in a couple of years time. Other than that, well made and beautiful fit otherwise.
